The Cafe

The front, our cafe space, is perfect for serving drinks and food.

The Studio

The back, or studio space, is an art gallery and flexible space with excellent acoustics that can be used for a variety of activities such as receptions, dinners, DJ dance parties, performances, record launches, art shows, classes, or film/photo shoots.

The Back Yard

The back of the space is a large sliding glass door, which can be fully opened to the small backyard, featuring a LED art installation and light-up furniture.

The cafe includes an industrial ice machine, fridge, 3-min industrial dishwasher, sink, hot plate, bench seating, chairs, dish ware, silverware, and glasses.

The space includes a best-in-class customizable LED lighting system, a sprung dance floor, yoga props, hang points for 4 yoga hammocks, a state-of-the-art sound system, mirror ball, video projector and screen. The space also includes access to 50 chairs, 3 large folding tables, 3 cafe tables, and a DJ booth.

The back yard includes a fire pit, several lounge chairs, an inflatable couch and chair, and access to an air conditioned art lounge space.

We offer custom rates for repeat rentals, please email us with a brief description of your needs.

Non-profit rate

50% off

For every full-price rental booked with us, we donate our space to a non-for-profit. Contact us at delightfactorynyc@gmail.com to apply.

Is Delight Factory for you?

*Delight Factory is an art and design space that holds original art, so if you're planning a party with heavy alcohol consumption, Delight Factory is not for you.
We will have a member of our team be on-site to support your needs throughout the event (sound, light, climate), bartending service upon request.
We are a low-waste facility and provide re-usable drinkware, platters, and utensils at no additional cost, if you wish to use them.
Set up and take down count as rental time.
