Join Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Amar Jehs for a Breathwork & Cold Plunge Community Class! You will be guided through a set of breathing exercises, learn about nervous system regulation, and have the opportunity to do an outdoor ice bath immersion.

A basic level of health is recommended for participation. Out of precaution, we advise against participating during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. People with cardiovascular issues or other severe health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
