Laugh until you ex-plode as we ex-plore the ex in everything—ex, as in, ex lovers, spouses, relationships, ex, as in, I used to be an Olympic swimmer or a porn star, but now I’m not, and ex as in generations.

We are also celebrating some birthdays that weekend so come bask in the celebrating spirit.

Generation Ex is produced by comic/filmmaker Meghan Scibona, with Delight Factory.

Featuring

Rae Ainslee is a writer, stand-up comedian, and former-pony owner based in Los Angeles. On stage she dives into the darkest corners of her childhood and familial relationships. Generation EX will mark her east-coast stand-up debut.

Brianne Bonner moved to Los Angeles 4 years ago from New York. After a long career in healthcare, she decided comedy was the next logical step. A lifelong storyteller, she is now bringing those stories to the stage. Brianne has been performing in and around LA, including The Crow, The Comedy Store, Ice House and HaHa Club and having the time of her life! This is Brianne's NY comedy debut.

Sherry Bright is a fresh face in comedy with a style that’s been described as “wickedly observant with great physicality”, whatever that means. Sherry threw away a strong career as a Girl Scout leader / soccer coach / PTA chair to bring her brand of funny to the world. Similar pay. Opposite hours. She has inspired laughter at venues across L.A., including The Ice House, Hollywood Improv, Haha Comedy, The Federal, The Three Clubs, Comedy Chateau and The Comedy Store.

Christine Picón Van Duzer is a kindergarten teacher whose humor has gotten her through twenty-three years of teaching in public school. As a Nuyorican, living in Los Angeles, she first performed at Gotham Comedy Club in New York City, and then the Laugh Riot Grrrl Comedy Festival at Tao Comedy Studio in Los Angeles, Flappers in Burbank, and most recently The Crow Comedy Club in Santa Monica, California. She's co-producing Third Act Comedy for female comics from Boomer to Gen X.

Liz Sale is a comic, solo performer, actress, writer, director, producer.
Liz started in Sketch playing characters inspired by physical comedy greats Carol Burnett, Gilda Radner, Molly Shannon, Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig.
After years performing solo shows at Bay Area’s Stagewerx and The Marsh through W Kamau Bell and Martha Rynberg’s Solo Performance Workshop and Groundling’s alum Ann Randolph, Liz dove head first into LA’s stand-up comedy scene performing regularly throughout LA and NY.  Liz’s comedy shows live at the intersection of inclusion, women-centered topics and pop up dance moves.

Meghan Scibona is a comic and director, living mostly in LA and sometimes in NY. She recently performed at Delight Factory in Brooklyn, 3 Clubs in Hollywood, and at The Crow in Santa Monica. She has shows booked in both NY and LA this year.Meghan is also a filmmaker and is interested in helping people to find and use their voices and to tell their stories, and their jokes.
