Join teacher Six of Sensate Wellness for a special Bend & Burn pop-up, where movement meets mindfulness and the vibes are elevated (yes, that’s a double entendre — do with that what you will).

This class blends deep stretch, intentional breathwork, a little heat, and a whole lot of heart. And for those who enjoy a lil’ herbal inspiration before their mat time... let’s just say, you’re in good company. 🌬️💨

You may have experienced Six’s grounding, soul-sparking energy at Weeksville — now she’s inviting you to spread out and tap in with an elevated twist.
